The Giants cashed the board's mistake on McCord: B.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Kyle McCord tumbling to the Giants in Round 5, Pick 16 is a gift they did not have to think twice about.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Belton has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Job largely done: interior defensive lineman settled and 8 of 9 of the wish list covered. The back end got a real overhaul.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
