The Commanders lost the trade table, and the D+ tells the story. When the story of this class is written, it opens with Princewill Umanmielen at the Round 6 slot, a reach of 46 spots that the board flatly disagrees with. The math is unkind, and the D+ follows.
The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. They will answer for taking safety early while running back and interior defensive lineman went begging.
They will regret leaving running back for another day if the season turns on it. On value alone, Allen makes the weekend a net positive.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and running back is still a hole.
