Call it larceny. Kalel Mullings sat on the board until the Round 4 slot, and the Giants did not need to be asked twice.

Whatever Shedeur Sanders becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. The Hairston reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. The safety hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

They went 5 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
