Call it larceny. Parker Brailsford sat on the board until the 144th pick, and the Titans did not need to be asked twice. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Sarratt pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
