The Browns let Curry fall and pounced. Final grade: C.

The Browns lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. The final tally is a middling C.

However the rest shakes out, Curry at that price is a win they earned. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. The Rodriguez reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

Call it incomplete, and check back in a couple of seasons.

Caleb Lomu at the 24th pick is a clear overpay, with better names still on the board. It fills a real need, too.

A reach on Jake Slaughter in slot 39; the board had better options right there. It patches a soft spot without any drama.

They talked themselves into Jacob Rodriguez at Round 3, Pick 6, and the board did not agree. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
