Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Jets spent Round 6, Pick 32 on Da'Shawn Womack, a name the board had a full 96 spots lower. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

That Stockton pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The phones were where this weekend was really won.

A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want. The veteran additions, Darnell Mooney chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
