The Ravens looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Khalid Duke at the 228th pick regardless, 63 picks early.

That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. However the rest shakes out, Newton at that price is a win they earned.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
