FOXY KNOXY DRAFTING FOR THESeahawks
Draft Grade — Seahawks
Overall
B

FutureB-
The Seahawks robbed the room for Slaughter. Final grade: B. You could see the war room lean forward. Jake Slaughter at pick No. 64 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
Pick Analysis
Pick32
Rnd1
Kayden McDonald
In Round 1, Pick 32 they get a load in the middle. A real need, handled.
Pick64
Rnd2
Jake Slaughter
Somehow Jake Slaughter was still sitting there in pick 64, and they pounced on premier offensive lineman value. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick96
Rnd3
Eric Singleton Jr.
Steal is underselling it; Eric Singleton Jr. at pick No. 96 is a heist with the alarm still ringing. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Pick213
Rnd6
Quintrevion Wisner
A tidy bit of business in slot 213, where Quintrevion Wisner graded well above the range. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
