Everything downstream of J.J. McCarthy depends on J.J. McCarthy, and the building knows it. The Smith pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

The Turner value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
