You can hear the double-takes from here. The Lions took Eric O'Neill at the 212th overall pick, roughly 47 spots before his name belonged. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up. The Lions paired the rookies with proven help, Maxx Crosby leading the way.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
