The real work happened on the phones. The Buccaneers fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with.

That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The Oladejo reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They banked enough surplus on Jones Jr. to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Adding Kayvon Thibodeaux by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
