Start where it matters. The Patriots took Drake Maye to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. They executed a plan and it shows in the A.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. That McGlothern pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Nourzad pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

In the end it comes back to Drake Maye, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
