Best value of the weekend goes to the Bengals for Torrence: B-.

The Bengals did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Ro Torrence fell into slot 214. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

Every board in the league had Williams lower, and that gap is the story. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Job largely done: cornerback settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
