The 49ers' one glaring miss is wide receiver, a need they left exactly as they found it. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

If Parker II pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
