The Jets lost the trade table, and the D- tells the story.

The Jets spent real capital to be 59 picks early on Zakhari Franklin, and the board is going to hold them to it. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Getting Chambers where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.
