They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Jacob Parrish, 35 picks early at pick 88.

Warren falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

They went 8 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.

A tidy bit of business in the 70th overall pick, where TreVeyon Henderson graded well above the range. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.

The board screamed and they did not listen, reaching into the next round for Jacob Parrish. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
