They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Cam Ward is the Giants' quarterback, full stop. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

On value alone, Hampton makes the weekend a net positive. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The cost of the Swinson reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

Safety is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.
