The Cowboys won the night they stopped Mickens from sliding. Grade: B+. Whoever sat across the table from the Cowboys should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.
On value alone, Mickens makes the weekend a net positive. Every board in the league had Henderson lower, and that gap is the story.
They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
