A sensible, unshowy class lands the Seahawks a B-.

Everything else got attention, and edge rusher got none. That is a strange way for the Seahawks to leave a draft.

The White III pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. Zabel has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.

Grey Zabel in the 18th pick is early enough to raise a brow, if not a full objection. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.

They paid sticker price for Jayden Higgins in Round 2, Pick 18, and that is fine. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick52 Rnd2 Donovan Jackson
The board had cheaper options than Donovan Jackson at pick 52, and it noticed. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.

They did well to land Mason Taylor in No. 82, just ahead of his grade. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
