Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Falcons came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

They are betting Hanson proves the room right and everyone else wrong. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

They banked enough surplus on Rosengarten to cover a lot of smaller sins.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
