The Falcons left with their quarterback, and a C- to match.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Jayden Daniels is the Falcons' quarterback, full stop. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C- in the wash.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. They are betting Gore Jr. proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. Mitchell at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

If Jayden Daniels and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
