Draft Grade — Titans
Overall
B-

FutureB-
A solid, sensible weekend for the Titans: B-. For all the boxes ticked, the Titans skipped the loudest one: offensive lineman is exactly as bare as it was.
Sarratt falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They are betting Boettcher proves the room right and everyone else wrong. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but offensive lineman.
Pick Analysis
Pick4
Rnd1
Keldric Faulk
In No. 4 they get a quarterback's worst nightmare. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Pick35
Rnd2
Zion Young
A reach for Zion Young in the 35th overall pick; a little patience would have been rewarded. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick66
Rnd3
Elijah Sarratt
Value with a capital V on Elijah Sarratt in pick 66, a genuine coup. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Pick101
Rnd4
Nicholas Singleton
Nicholas Singleton at Round 4, Pick 1 is money in the bank, a running back taken below his worth. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Pick140
Rnd5
Domani Jackson
A market-rate cornerback, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Domani Jackson. It thickens a room that could stand to be thicker.
Pick142
Rnd5
Bryce Boettcher
A reach on Bryce Boettcher in pick No. 142; the board had better options right there. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick182
Rnd6
Bud Clark
Bud Clark at slot 182 is a sensible buy, a touch better than market for the safety. A minor itch, scratched.
Pick238
Rnd7
Luke Hasz
Luke Hasz at the Round 7 slot is right where the board had him, plain and simple. The roster fit checks out.
