Crenshaw-Dickson should have been long gone. The Lions pounced, and earned a B+.

If you want a masterclass in dealing, watch the Lions, who turned every swap into a profit this weekend.

However the rest shakes out, Crenshaw-Dickson at that price is a win they earned. The cost of the Joyner reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

They punted on linebacker, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. On the needs board they went 5 of 9, with cornerback the one that mattered most.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
