There is reaching, and then there is Eyabi Okie-Anoma at the Round 6 slot. The Lions jumped the board by 80 and dared it to prove them wrong.

Franklin falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
