A masterclass at the trade table lands the Packers a B.

Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Packers came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

They are betting Okie-Anoma proves the room right and everyone else wrong. That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

However the rest shakes out, Ford at that price is a win they earned. The veteran additions, Michael Wilson chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.
