The Steelers got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the C.

The tape said wait; the Steelers did not. Brady Cook went at the 229th pick, a good 52 picks before the board was ready. It nets out a thoroughly average C.

The Farmer value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. That safety hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

The Drue Tranquill pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

It grades out a shrug today, with plenty of room to move either way.
