After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Vikings committed. Drake Maye is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. McCormick at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
