The Steelers robbed the room for Mitchell. Final grade: B.

There is a lot to like until you notice interior defensive lineman is still a hole. The Steelers never got to the one that mattered most. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

Landing Mitchell that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same. The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.
