The phones were a trap the Bills kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Put together, it is a D.

The Williams reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

That Ramsey pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The roster is better shaped than it was, with linebacker chief among the fixes.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
