The Phillip Webb pick is the one that will follow the Bears into the fall. They took him 140 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. Call it a C+ and check back in two years.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Paul Jr.. The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
