Somebody took the Panthers to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. For now it grades a C, with the swing picks left to settle the rest.

Jennings falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
