Larceny in the 117th pick lands the Cowboys a B+, Felton and all.

The trade table was a mismatch, and the Cowboys were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The Grover Stewart deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.
