You could see the war room lean forward. Jordan Travis at pick No. 185 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. The sum of the weekend is a deserved A-.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. It is not that Stover is a bad player; it is that the Giants had louder needs to answer first.

For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Bottom line, they did the job about as well as it can be done.
