You build a draft on nights like this. Jacob Cowing had no business being available in the Round 6 slot, and the Bengals did the only sane thing and turned in the card. The bottom line is a respectable B.

The Wingo reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
