The steal of the weekend belongs to the Bengals and Fannin Jr.: A-.

You build a draft on nights like this. Harold Fannin Jr. had no business being available in the 188th pick, and the Bengals did the only sane thing and turned in the card. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A- to cap it.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up. Adding Dee Alford by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

In short, they turned a good board into a better roster, and it shows.
