The Colts worked the phones like thieves and earned a B. Boards are made to be trusted, and the Colts shredded theirs for Blake Watson. He came off 50 spots early, and the room will hear about it.
They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. On value alone, Thomas Jr. makes the weekend a net positive.
It is not that Smith is a bad player; it is that the Colts had louder needs to answer first. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
