The Cowboys clearly saw something nobody else did in Cam Skattebo, taking him 35 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

On value alone, Grant makes the weekend a net positive. That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
