Grand theft in pick No. 177: the Browns steal Higgins and grade out a C. The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Browns watched Jay Higgins slide 59 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. A weekend of give and take that grades a C.
The Belton reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.
