The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Bears spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. The sum of the weekend is a deserved A-.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Suamataia at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.
