The Vikings clearly saw something nobody else did in Donovan Edwards, taking him 49 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. Call it a C+ and check back in two years.

James at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
