You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Saints did exactly that with Luke Kandra in Round 3, Pick 7. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The Moore pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
