They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Fernando Mendoza is the Raiders' quarterback, full stop.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Landing Banks that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

They are betting Miller proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
