A sensible, unshowy class lands the Cardinals a B.

For all the boxes ticked, the Cardinals skipped the loudest one: quarterback is exactly as bare as it was. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

However the rest shakes out, Murphy II at that price is a win they earned. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 2 of 8 of the wish list covered.

They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
