Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Bears, and the value they bled adds up to real damage.

Every board in the league had Bell lower, and that gap is the story. They have staked the next five years on Jayden Daniels, which is the only story that really matters here. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The Rosemy-Jacksaint pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
