Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Texans never addressed offensive lineman, and it is the kind of gap that lingers. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

They banked enough surplus on Wiggins to cover a lot of smaller sins. The Sinnott reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
