Somebody in No. 238 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Commanders sat still while JJ Pegues, the No. 176 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. If Martin pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
