Best value of the weekend goes to the Seahawks for James: B+.

Somebody in Round 5, Pick 15 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Seahawks sat still while DJ James, the No. 87 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

The cost of the Logue reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They will answer for taking safety early while quarterback, running back and other spots went begging. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
