For all the boxes ticked, the Browns skipped the loudest one: edge rusher is exactly as bare as it was. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

They will need Norfleet to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They banked enough surplus on Allar to cover a lot of smaller sins.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
