The Chiefs let Watts fall and pounced. Final grade: C+.

Somebody took the Chiefs to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. For now it grades a C+, with the swing picks left to settle the rest.

The Watts steal is the beam this whole class leans on. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up.

Every board in the league had Belton lower, and that gap is the story. The roster is better shaped than it was, with tight end chief among the fixes.

Bottom line, the swing picks will decide whether this ages well.
