Draft Grade — Ravens
Overall D+
ValueC+ NeedB TradesF FutureB-
The Ravens bled value on every deal, hence the D+.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Ravens shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill.

They will need Robinson to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Leaving offensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. That is a cornerback worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.

Pick Analysis
Pick39 Rnd2 Xavier Worthy
No edge and no loss on Xavier Worthy in Round 2, Pick 7; it is a wash and a sensible one. The roster fit checks out.
Pick50 Rnd2 Chris Braswell
Chris Braswell in the 50th pick is exactly on the number, no argument either way. It fills a real need, too.
Pick62 Rnd2 Kalen King
Steal is underselling it; Kalen King at slot 62 is a heist with the alarm still ringing. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Pick70 Rnd3 Tyler Davis
This one needs a full-page explanation: Tyler Davis in pick No. 70, miles early. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick89 Rnd3 Khyree Jackson
Khyree Jackson in No. 89 is the kind of reach that only looks good if he outplays it. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Pick93 Rnd3 Darius Robinson
The board screamed and they did not listen, reaching into the next round for Darius Robinson. A need, and now a little less of one.
Pick116 Rnd4 James Williams
They left a pile of value on the table to take James Williams this early at pick 116. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
Pick130 Rnd4 Braelon Allen
A swing that ignored the value entirely, Braelon Allen well ahead of where he belonged. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
